The mission

The hardest part of any business isn't the work. It's getting seen.

I still run two businesses in the real world — a food service / catering company and a cleaning company. Both taught me the same lesson the hard way. TokaiPulse is what I'm building because of it.

What running real businesses taught me

I didn't come to crypto from a trading desk — I came from kitchens and job sites. I run a catering business and a cleaning business. Unglamorous, operational, real. You show up, do the work, and it has to be good or you don't get called back.

For years I believed operations were the hard part, so that's where I poured everything. The hard part wasn't the cooking or the cleaning. The hard part was getting seen.

The thing nobody tells you

The best caterer in town can lose to the one people have simply heard of. It isn't fair and it isn't about quality — it's about attention, the scarcest resource there is. Online, distribution beats quality more often than anyone admits: what gets in front of people wins; what doesn't quietly disappears, no matter how good it was.

Most founders spend years perfecting the thing and almost no time on the systems that build awareness and community around it. I was one of them. I had it backwards.

The missing layer

Attention is built, not earned by default — and the usual tools are thin. Analytics only tells you what already happened; marketing is a campaign you run and then stop. What communities actually need is infrastructure: the boring layer underneath that makes growth possible without anyone thinking about it. So I built the pieces I kept wishing existed.

Participation

Ways for people to do something, not just watch.

Reward

The people who show up get recognized for it.

Reputation

Being right and real over time actually counts.

Discovery

Good projects and good people get found.

Proof

Trust you can check, not just claim.

Distribution

Visibility you can build on purpose.

Each started as a separate tool for a problem in front of me. Over time they grew into one thing: TokaiPulse.

What TokaiPulse really is

On the surface it looks like a dashboard for the Tokai ecosystem — prices, charts, a live map of every token. That's the doorway, not the building. Underneath, it's the growth infrastructure communities have always been missing: a place to be seen, reward contributors, earn verifiable reputation, and build attention on purpose instead of buying it in bursts.

I started with Tokai because it's where I live and the need is sharp — but everything here is launchpad-agnostic, keyed to tokens and communities, not one chain. The problem is universal.

The rest of this page is the practical part: every tool we've built, grouped by the system it belongs to.

Discovery & intelligence — the dashboard, Bubble Map & screeners (free)

The reason most people land here, and the layer everything else is built on: a complete, live view of the Tokai ecosystem.

  • Ecosystem dashboard — every token across Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Mantle and Monad, with live price, market cap, 24h volume, % change and a chain breakdown. Aggregate stats up top.
  • Bubble Map — an interactive force map of the whole ecosystem. Click a bubble for a tooltip (price, holders, bonding-curve fill, POB staking badge); tap again to open top holders. Toggle 5m / 1h / 24h movement. Communities share it because it shows their token inside the bigger, growing picture.
  • Screener, Whale Watch & Launch Feed — search/filter/sort the token table; watch heavy buy/sell signals and price spikes; stream new bonding-curve launches with live graduation percentage.
  • CA lookup & holder tools — paste any Solana or EVM contract address for price, whale flow, top holders, mint-authority status, and safety flags.
  • Staking Unlock Watch — POB (Proof of Belief) staking positions for watched tokens: amount, lock period, unlock countdown, and live claimable rewards.

All of it is free, public, and refreshes automatically. There is nothing to configure and no wallet required to read.

Participation & reputation — the Community Call Board

Data tells you what happened. The call board is where a community actually shows up. It is a native, accountable place to talk and to put your read on the line — keyed to each token, so it works on any token in (or beyond) the ecosystem.

  • Comments — anyone with a free account can join the conversation. Sign in with Google or X in one tap; no wallet, no signing required to comment or follow. We did this on purpose: participation should have the lowest possible barrier.
  • Accountable calls— a price call (bullish or bearish, with an optional target and timeframe) requires a connected wallet, and the entry price is captured at the moment you post. You can't edit it later. Targets are context only today; win/loss is determined by whether price moved in the predicted direction at settlement. When the timeframe is up, the call settles against the live price.
  • Reputation that's earned, not claimed— settled calls build a public track record and feed a credibility-weighted leaderboard. We only rank callers with a real sample size and always show how many calls that's based on. A lucky one-off never tops a proven caller.
  • Follows, profiles & a live sentiment badge — follow the sharp callers, build a profile, and see aggregate bull/bear sentiment surfaced right on the dashboard.

To keep it real and scam-resistant: you find a token by cashtag ($SYMBOL) or full contract address only — and a cashtag always resolves to the single highest-liquidity token of that name, so impostor tokens can't be bull-posted. Posting a call also requires the token to have real liquidity.

Reward systems — PulseBoost (Growth Suite)

The participation system needs a reward system behind it. PulseBoost lets a token community run a reward campaign: a project funds a vault, creators submit their posts, contributions are scored on real verified engagement, and the top contributors are paid out from the vault — all signed in the browser, all verifiable on-chain. No private keys ever touch a server. Every campaign carries a zero-tolerance anti-bot policy, because artificial engagement is the exact opposite of what this is for.

Proof & verification — TokaiProof (Growth Suite)

Trust should be checkable. TokaiProof is a wallet-signed provenance registry: a creator can attest to a piece of work or metadata with a cryptographic signature and an optional on-chain timestamp anchor, creating a public, tamper-evident record. It is a provenance and timestamp record — not a claim of copyright or legal ownership — and it says so plainly everywhere it appears.

Attention & distribution — TokaiFlow (paid)

TokaiFlow is the distribution engine. It runs a pool of worker wallets that execute randomized buy/sell swaps through the Jupiter DEX aggregator to generate organic-looking on-chain volume for a token — within a hard, user-set spending cap and duration. Trades are paced across the run, and unspent funds are returned to you when the session ends.

Two separate amounts: (1) a one-time service fee per session (the tier price below, paid to TokaiPulse), and (2) your trading budget — the SOL or token actually swapped, which you fund and whose remainder comes back to you on close. The service fee is mandatory and a session will not start until it is verified on-chain.

Early pricing — 50% below list. Prices step back up as paying customers join. Hold $10+ of KET in your paying wallet for 50% off any fee, checked on-chain when you pay.

Fees are priced in USD and paid per session — in SOL for a Solana session, or in ETH (on Robinhood Chain, Base, or Ethereum) for a Robinhood-chain session — converted at the live rate and locked when you start. The trading budget you fund is separate and is returned (minus what trades and network fees consume) when the session ends. A 24-hour service pass lets you run fee-free Solana sessions for a day.

How to run a TokaiFlow session

  1. Open the TokaiFlow dashboard and connect your wallet.
  2. Pick the token to boost (paste a contract address or select from your wallet).
  3. Choose how to fund trades: SOL, or a token you hold (e.g. KET). Funding with a token defaults the target to SOL — the deepest-liquidity pair — unless you pick another target. Use Check route to confirm the pair is tradeable before you start.
  4. Set duration and budget. The form shows the live per-trade size for your settings.
  5. Pick an intensity — Light, Medium, or Aggressive — and a buy/sell mix. The per-trade estimate updates live.
  6. Pay the service fee and fund your trading budget — both verified on-chain.
  7. The engine runs and you watch live stats. Hit Stop any time; the kill switch halts within one trade interval and returns your unspent funds.
  8. At the end you get a session summary— total volume, trade count, net spend — with a return-transaction link on Solscan, and a full Cost & Fill audit.

The agent layer — data for AI agents (free, read-only)

The next wave of communities won't only be people. TokaiPulse is built to be the read-only intelligence layer that AI agents query for live Tokai ecosystem data.

  • MCP server at https://tokaipulse.com/api/mcp — a Model Context Protocol server with read-only tools (ecosystem snapshot, token lookups, staking positions, launches). Add it with claude mcp add --transport http tokai-pulse https://tokaipulse.com/api/mcp.
  • Agent endpoint at /api/agent — a single aggregator (?action=tokens|ecosystem|launches|staking) where every token already carries its buy links.
  • llms.txt at /llms.txt — so any LLM or agent crawler can discover what we offer and how to use it.
  • Verifiable on-chain identity — TokaiPulse / TokaiFlow is registered as an ERC-8004 trustless agent on Base, agent #54939, so other agents can verify who we are before integrating.

The agent layer is strictly read-only. Volume sessions and any fund movement are never startable over MCP — those run only from the authenticated dashboard.

Robinhood Chain — wallet setup & external trading

Robinhood Chain is a permissionless, EVM-compatible Arbitrum L2 (chain id 4663, gas in ETH) that went to public mainnet in July 2026. It is independent of Robinhood brokerage accounts. TokaiPulse provides read-only token discovery and ecosystem snapshots for it — select Robinhood Chainin the dashboard's ecosystem switcher.

  • Wallet setup— most EVM wallets (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom's EVM mode) support it as a custom network: RPC https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com, symbol ETH, explorer robinhoodchain.blockscout.com.
  • Trading — the pump.fun app routes Robinhood Chain tokens seamlessly in SOL with no bridging (announced July 8, 2026). Your existing Solana wallet keeps working; TokaiPulse only links out.
No injected wallet? Add via ChainList

Adds the network config only (chain id 4663, gas in ETH). TokaiPulse never requests signatures, executes trades, or holds assets.

External routing via the pump.fun app. TokaiPulse does not execute trades, custody assets, bridge funds, or guarantee outcomes. Availability may depend on jurisdiction, wallet/provider restrictions, and asset type; US persons may be restricted from certain Robinhood Chain assets, especially tokenized stocks and RWAs.

Robinhood Chain Stock Tokens and tokenized ETFs are tokenized instruments that provide economic exposure only; they are not direct equity ownership and do not provide shareholder rights. They may be unavailable to US persons and other restricted jurisdictions. Do not promote, solicit, or accept participation from restricted persons. This is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Who this is for

Token communities who want to be seen and to reward the people who show up. Callers who want a real, verifiable track record instead of screenshots. Builders who'd rather help other builders than shout over them. And increasingly, the agents that will trade, build, and coordinate inside these ecosystems. If you've ever done great work that nobody saw, this is for you.

What this is not

TokaiPulse is an independent, community-oriented platform. It is not a financial, legal, tax, or investment advisor, and it is not an exchange or broker. Market data is informational. TokaiFlow generates volume within a cap you set — it does not guarantee price movement, attention, or returns, and may carry regulatory considerations depending on your jurisdiction.
