Every surface on TokaiPulse answers one question: what changed, why does it matter, and what evidence supports it? Data flows through one model — observations (append-only, provider-stamped facts), signals (inferences that must cite their evidence), and insights (what you actually read). When there is not enough evidence, the site says so — thin states are never filled with invented numbers, and every figure carries its source and timestamp.

The hub opens with an Intelligence Brief — a rule-based market state with evidence bullets and ranked signals — above the raw-data layer: the interactive Bubble Map, the auto-ranked token feed, whale moves, fresh gems, and launch activity.

Every token links to its dossier (token room): live price chart, a risk assessment covering liquidity, holder concentration, and community, evidence with visible provenance, and the community feed. Holder concentration is computed honestly — liquidity pools, escrows, lockers, and burns are identified on-chain and separated from the wallets that can actually sell, and each program-held account is named (a migration escrow is not a whale). Detectors also watch deployer history, supply distribution, and drained liquidity to flag rug-shaped tokens before they reach the feed.

The Call Floor is a native, token-keyed community where price calls are accountable: a call locks its entry price at post time, resolves against the real price after its stated timeframe, and cannot be edited after the fact. Wins and misses both go on your public track record.

The leaderboard ranks callers by a credibility-weighted score — only callers with enough resolved calls rank, and the resolved count is always shown next to the win rate. Top callers and referrers can earn on-chain rewards, and every reward is verified on-chain before it is recorded, with the receipt shown publicly. Commenting needs only a Google, X, or wallet sign-in; posting a call requires a verified wallet and a minimum liquidity floor on the token — an anti-scam gate, not a paywall.

Switching ecosystems switches every surface honestly — capabilities an ecosystem does not have show "not available", never fake data.

No invented data — unknowns say "unknown". Every number carries provenance. Calls are immutable once posted. Funds move only through browser-signed transactions from publicly visible wallets. API keys stay server-side. TokaiPulse is informational and community-oriented — it is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor, and nothing on the site is financial advice.
