You may provide information through contact forms, campaign requests, TokaiProof requests, partner inquiries, media placement requests, newsletter or resource requests if offered, and direct messages linked from the site. This may include wallet addresses, project names, token contract addresses, contact handles, notes, and submitted URLs.

TokaiPulse offers several ways to sign in to community features. The primary sign-in is provided by Privy (privy.io), which can link an X (Twitter) account, a Google account, an email address, and a crypto wallet in one flow, and may create an embedded wallet for users who do not connect one. When you sign in, TokaiPulse receives and stores the identity details Privy has verified — such as your email address, X handle and avatar, and wallet addresses — and associates them with your TokaiPulse community account. Privy processes your sign-in data as an independent service under its own privacy policy. Alternative sign-ins (a wallet signature, or Google via Supabase Auth) store equivalent details. Signing in sets session cookies that keep you logged in on this browser; signing out clears them on this device. Wallet addresses you post calls with are public by design — calls, track records, and leaderboards display them.

TokaiPulse and its service providers may collect cookies, analytics data, device and browser information, referral URLs, approximate location, usage events, performance logs, and security signals. This helps operate the site, improve the dashboard, measure partner link performance, and prevent abuse. TokaiPulse uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage (pageviews, sessions, approximate region); Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can limit it with browser controls or ad/tracker blockers.

Third-party affiliate links may include tracking parameters or cookies. Affiliate networks and partners, such as Impact.com, may process tracking independently under their own policies. External services linked from or used by the site may include Privy (sign-in and embedded wallets), Supabase (database and Google sign-in), DigitalOcean (hosting), Google Analytics, WalletConnect, DexScreener, GMGN, Axiom, Solscan, X, and other ecosystem tools.

Information may be used to operate TokaiPulse, respond to inquiries, process Growth Suite requests, improve dashboard reliability, measure partner link performance, troubleshoot issues, and protect against fraud, spam, abuse, or security threats.

TokaiPulse may share information with service providers, affiliate partners when you click or sign up through partner links, and when required for legal compliance or security. TokaiPulse does not sell personal information as a core business model.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You can control cookies through your browser and may contact TokaiPulse to request removal or correction of information you submitted, where practical and legally appropriate.
